Il suffit de savoir marcher! c&rsquo;est un point de vue, une posture&#8230;<\/h3>\n<p>Tout est simple dans la vie, parce que nous avons des pr\u00e9dispositions naturelles, parce que nous sommes curieux, \u00ab\u00a0mim\u00e9tiques\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Cette facult\u00e9 d&rsquo;adaptation\u00a0 naturelle est malheureusement tr\u00e8s souvent contrari\u00e9e par nos certitudes, nos habitudes, nos craintes, par cette volont\u00e9 de vouloir maitriser, contr\u00f4ler, comprendre alors qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit avant tout\u00a0 de ressentir.<\/p>\n<h3>Une sortie r\u00e9ussie c&rsquo;est une sortie pr\u00e9par\u00e9e&#8230;<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Savoir permet d&rsquo;anticiper<\/span> et \u00e9viter ou g\u00e9rer les d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ments ou plus.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque sortie est diff\u00e9rente car elle d\u00e9pend des conditions de mer, m\u00e9t\u00e9o mais aussi ne nos propres param\u00e8tres du jour (forme physique, envies)<\/p>\n<p><b>1<\/b><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b> Quelques questions \u00e0 se poser pour se mettre en condition<\/b><\/span><b><span style=\"font-size: large;\">.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>1.
